Multiple sequence alignment of the retroviral dUTPases. The sequences of dUTPases in the major exogenous retroviruses described in the text were analyzed. The five highly-conserved domains typical of dUTPases are indicated below the sequences. In the case of the beta retroviruses, the NC-derived N-terminal sequences were not included in the alignment.
