The three dimensional structure of three representative retroviral dUTPases. The structures of the homo-trimeric dUTPases of MPMV (3TRL), FIV (1F7D) and EIAV (1DUN) were illustrated employing the Jsmol internal viewer (http://www.PDB.org). The structures are presented in the back C3 axis orientation with each subunit in a different color.
