The source of tested cats had an impact on the location, but not the number of integration sites. A Cats, regardless of their source, had on average the same number of integration sites (Kruskall-Wallis; NS—p = 0.194) (B). Cats from an outbred group trended toward an average of greater number of unique integration sites compared to SPF cats (Kruskall-Wallis; NS—p = 0.081)
