(A) After TUNEL treatment, cells were sorted by FACS. The areas circled in blue and violet represent GFP-positive cells and among them, cells undergoing apoptosis (TMred positive), respectively. A representative experiment is shown here. (B) The cellular mortality was analyzed in GFP or P50-GFP expressing cells. Cells undergoing apoptosis expressing GFP are used as reference (100%).
