Infection with retrotransposon SD’. (A) Schematic representation of chimeric pSD’-GFP RNA. NIH 3T3 was co-transfected with a construct expressing GFP (peGFP) or P50-GFP (pSD’-GFP) and a molecular clone of MLV harboring a deletion of Psi (pMov Psi-). (B) Three days post transfection, cell extracts were analyzed by WB using anti-GFP and anti-actin antibodies. (C) Supernatants were collected and virus content was analyzed by RT-qPCR before being used to infect NIH 3T3 cells. (D) Three days post-infection cell extracts of infected cells were analyzed by WB using anti-GFP and anti-actin antibodies
