Role of DC-SIGN in inducing MDDC inflammatory response. C12 and C13 pseudovirus (PSV) were pre-incubated in the presence and absence of recombinant DC-SIGN before stimulation of MDDCs. The concentrations of secreted TNF-α, IL-6, MIP-1α, MIP-1β and IL-8 were determined by Luminex assay.
