Effect of DNA-PKcs inhibitor Nu7441 on luciferase expression in primary human PBMCs. Cells were isolated from whole blood, activated and transductions were performed 48 h later with 0.1 MOI of either HIV_wt or HIV_mut in the presence of 7 µg/mL polybrene. Luciferase expression was assayed 48 h after transduction. Left plot: data is normalized to the luciferase expression level in DMSO-treated cells transduced by HIV_wt; right plot: luciferase expression level in Nu7441 treated cells is normalized to the luciferase level in DMSO-treated cells for each pseudovirus separately.
