W = tryptophan, R = arginine, F = phenylalanine, I = isoleucine, S = serine, P = proline. “Others” category encloses Leucine (L), Glutamic Acid (E) and Glycine (G), each found only in one sequence. Elements that lost the PBS sequence (–) or with PBS with ambiguous assignation (?) are also included
