Results of the analyses of gp51p16-C with BLV positive serum. These experiments were performed by a new high-throughput peptide ELISA system. a The define line of positive response. The line represents a positive response with an OD value of 0.3 that was determined in accordance to histogram analysis using 270 BLV negative and 647 BLV positive serums as described above Table 2. The average and standard deviation of negative samples were 0.12 and 0.16, and postive samples were 0.96 and 0.54, respectively. b The response of gp51p16-C with positive serum from 647 cattle naturally infected with BLV by ELISA.
