Reduction in PVLs in PBMCs from asymptomatic carriers by TARC–PE38. PBMCs obtained from seven asymptomatic carriers (carriers #1–7) were incubated for 5 days in the absence (0 μg/ml, PBS only: blue line) or presence of 10 (green line) or 20 μg/ml TARC–PE38 (red line).
