Effect of HIV-1 integrase Q168L mutant on the chromatin binding activity of LEDGF/p75. Immunoblots show the effect of transient expression of HIV integrase WT and Q168L mutant on the chromatin binding strength of LEDGF/p75 WT (a) and LEDGF/p75 ΔPWWP (b), and the effect of HIV-1 integrase WT on the chromatin binding strength of LEDGF/p75 ΔIBD (c). LEDGF/p75 was detected with an anti-FLAG Mab.
