Up-regulation of GliPR expression by HIV-1 infection. (A) HIV-1LAI-infected P4-CCR5 cells and controls were subjected to quantitative PCR of GliPR expression at day 4 after HIV-1 infection. (B) In order to display HIV-1 infection kinetics, real-time quantitative PCR was also utilized to determine levels of intracellular HIV-1 viral mRNA normalized by cell number (house keeping gene GAPDH) in triplicate at day 0, 2, 4 and 6 post infection. Bars represent the standard deviation of the mean of determinations.
