RT-PCR for splicing factor message levels was performed following standardisation for GAPDH mRNA. Expression of splicing factor mRNA in infected MDM is given as a percentage of that in matched uninfected cells at each time point. Results for the representative hnRNPs A2 and B1 and the SR protein SC35 are shown (mean + SEM of 3 donors).
