Viral production was assessed by Elisa test: The percentage of CAp24 found in filtered viral supernatant and in virions after ultracentrifugation (V) in comparison to wt (the numbers are representative of at least 2 experiments). The relative level of gRNA in virions was assessed by dot blot. The infectivity was assessed on HeLaP4 relative to the same amount of gRNA. References: (a) by [24]; (b) by [1].
