Detection of T cell responses targeting the region containing the N323tc mutation. a Identification of potential cryptic epitopes in all ORFs at the N323tc mutation site. All potential ORFs on both DNA strands were compared between the T/F and mutant sequences at the mutation sites. Only a potential ORF at least 11 amino acids long is considered.
