FASN inhibition disrupts a late step in the HIV-1 replication cycle. a TZM-bl cells were transfected with pNL4-3 provirus plasmid for 48 h in the presence or absence of 10 µM Fasnall or 10 µM C75 or DMSO (0.01%).
