Anti-HERV-K (HML-2) response correlations. The correlation between the anti-capsid and anti-p15 responses was determined by comparing the responses against the peptides 81 and 117 for the capsid and 58 for p15 measured by peptide-based ELISA for 20 elite controllers (a) and 20 viremic non controllers (b, c). The statistical significance between the different responses was established using the non-parametric Spearman test. The figure shows the representative results of four independent experiments.
