Kinetics of p24 production in FDC lines exposed to HIV-1 and intracellular p24 staining. The FDC lines 8–13 and 10–13 were exposed to the HIV-1 strains IIIB and SF162 over-night. Thereafter the virus was removed from the cultures which were washed extensively with tissue culture medium; 6 h following the last washing, the time point 0 was collected.
