HIV-1 Tat inhibits β-catenin activity in U-87MG cells. a U-87MG were transfected with a β-catenin responsive luciferase vector and increasing concentrations of Tat expression vectors at the indicated amounts. Twenty-four hours later the cells were treated with LiCl to induce activation of β-catenin.
