From: Discrete partitioning of HIV-1 Env forms revealed by viral capture
Effect on neutralization microvesicles was performesensitivity following depletion of non-infectious virions by 4B3 and 3D6. The IC50 of a panel of neutralizing antibodies against HIV-1BaL was measured against mock depleted viral stocks and the same virus after having been depleted by 4B3 or 3D6. The depleted virus was tested by serial dilution of antibody on TZM-bl cells. Data shown is the average of three experiments, performed in triplicate. Error bars indicate standard deviation
