The three-dimensional structures of human and bacterial dUTPases. The homo-trimeric E. coli (2HRM) and Human (3ARN) dUTPases were illustrated using the Jsmol internal viewer (http://www.PDB.org). Structures are presented in the front C3 axis orientation, with each subunit in a different color. Ligands (methylene-dUTP in the E. coli enzyme and dUTPase inhibitor in the Human counterpart) are presented in stick configuration.
