EAP20 is involved in virus release. a 293T cells were transfected with siControl, siTSG101 or siEAP20. Plasmids generating HIV pseudotyped with VSV-G were co-transfected with the second dose of siRNA post 24 h transfection. 48 h post second transfection total cell lysates were harvested and the supernatant was cushion-purified followed by Western blot analyses. b The supernatant extracellular p24 from WT transfected cells under each condition was normalised to that of siControl. c Extracellular p24 is divided by intracellular p24 to give the release ratio before being normalised to siControl.
