  1. KoRV viruses were prepared by co-transfecting pKoRV522 along with control, hA3G and mA3∆E5 expression vectors at a ratio of 1:1 into 293T cells. The resulting viruses were infected into DERSE cells and after 36 h DNA was isolated. Sequences from pol-env (AB721500 nt 5,637–6,668) were PCR amplified, cloned and sequenced. The results are compiled in the table.
