Effects of APOBEC3s on KoRV expression. 293T cells were cotransfected with pKoRV522 or pKoRV gg- along with the plasmids expressing epitope-tagged hA3G or mA3∆E5. a KoRV Gag proteins in the cells and media were detected by western blots with anti-KoRV CA.
