Quantification of CD8+ T cell responses to HLA-B*57 and HLA-B*27-restricted Gag epitopes in the recipient from an HIV transmission pair. a IFN-γ ELISpot responses at 20 months post-diagnosis in response to 410 18mer peptides spanning the B clade proteome.
