From: Detailed characterization of antibody responses against HIV-1 group M consensus gp120 in rabbits
Temporal analysis of serum antibodies targeting other known neutralizing epitopes. Binding of 447-52D (A and D), PGT 121 (B and E), and PGT126 (C and F) to gp120 was competed with rabbit sera after the second or fifth immunizations. No competition was observed against 2G12 even after the fifth immunization (G). Serum samples from a mock-immunized animal are indicated as “PBS”.
