Detailed analysis of replication capacity of HIV-M184T in DCs. A-B: DCs were infected with 17.5 ng p24 HIV-WT or HIV-M184T. Intracellular viral mRNA transcription was determined using RT-qPCR relative to expression of the housekeeping gene glyceraldehydes phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) (A) and viral production was measured by ELISA for p24 in the supernatant (B). Average ± SD of DCs from 3 donors infected in duplo is shown.
