(A) Total RNA extracted from HeLa cells transfected with control, Spt6 or PAAF1 siRNA was compared using pangenomic human microarrays. Shown are Venn diagrams representing the number of differentially expressed genes using a cut-off of 1 (log2). (B) Ingenuity pathway analysis of differentially expressed genes following Spt6 or PAAF1 RNAi. (C) Individual genes within the cancer pathway that were identified by transcriptional profiling were analyzed by ChIP using anti-Spt6, and RT-Q-PCR in HeLa cells transfected with control, PAAF1 or Spt6 siRNA.
