Effect of the central DNA Flap on percentage of transduced cells and mean fluorescent intensity upon increasing MOI. HeLa cells were transduced with Flap+ or Flap- HIV-derived vectors (TRIP-eGFP and HR-eGFP, respectively) [9] in 6-well plates with 0.1, 1, 10, 100 or 1000 ng/0.3 × 106 cells. The percentage of GFP-positive cells and the mean fluorescent intensity were assessed 48 h post-transduction by flow cytometry (BD Calibur).
