  1. Early patient viruses (detailed in Table 1) and sequential autologous plasma samples were analysed by standard TZMbl neutralisation assay. Plasma time points are represented by DFOS (days following onset of symptoms) as for serum samples used throughout this study. IC50 and IC90 values represent the highest plasma dilution at which reductions in infection of 50 and 90%, respectively, are achieved relative to control cultures.
