  1. aHSC-F cells were coinfected with two kinds of SIVs indicated. Viral gag fragments were amplified by RT-PCR from viral RNAs from the culture supernatants on days 6 and 18 postinfection and then sequenced. Results from two sets of experiments (Exp. #1 and #2) are shown.
