  1. Values are reciprocal titer of patient plasma resulting 50% reduction in relative luminescence unit (RLU) as an indicator of neutralization sensitivity in TZM-bl cells following infection with pseudoviruses with 200TCID50. The ID50 values are average of two independent assays wherein each assay was done in duplicates.
