Infectivity of HIV-1 produced in rat and human cells. The medium [containing 50 or 500 pg of p24] from the various cell types electroporated with infectious clones was used to infect TZM-bl cells, and luciferase activity in the TZM-bl cells infected with various progeny viruses was normalized to that in cells infected with HIV-1 released from Jurkat cells.
