The nucleotide context GG, GA, GC or GT represents two contiguous bases, with G to A mutations occurring in the first base. hA3G mRNA levels are shown on the left column and significant hA3G-type hypermutations on the right column. The three significantly hypermutataded sequences are from patients having < 10,000 viral copies/mL for over three years.
