Expression of GPCRs in NP-2/CD4 cells. Expression of FPRL1, CCR5, CXCR4, and GPR1 on NP-2/CD4/FPRL1 (A), NP-2/CD4/CCR5 (B), NP-2/CD4/CXCR4 (C), and NP-2/CD4/GPR1 (D) cells was detected by flow cytometry, respectively. These cells were stained with antibodies against respective GPCRs (Upper graphs) or CD4 (lower graphs). As a comparison, NP-2/CD4 cells (E) were also stained with those antibodies. Flow cytometric profiles of the cells stained with anti-GPCR or anti-CD4 antibody are indicated in the filled gray areas with thick black lines. Profiles of the cells stained only with the second antibody are shown in the open areas with thin lines. This is the representative result of experiments repeated several times.
