  1. Interactions between selected clones isolated in the yeast two-hybrid screens with GAL4-MoMLV IN and GAL4-HIV-IN. The pACT or pGADNOT plasmids containing the cDNAs isolated in the yeast two-hybrid screen were introduced into SFY526 strains bearing the pGBKT7 integrase fusions. Qualitative colony lift assays were performed.
