No band of the expected 2393 bp size was observed in the MT1s lane and an aberrant band was detected in the KK1 lane. (C): RT-PCR product band of anti-sense products of HBZ-SI. No band corresponding to the transcript was observed in MT1s, and only one band was visible in the other samples.
