Cyclin T1 knockdown does not affect cell growth. (A) Two days after infection with either the shRNA-CycT1 or shRNA-control viruses (T1 and Con), 2 × 105 cells/ml of the infected or uninfected parental MM6 cell cultures (MM6) were seeded and counted at 24, 48, and 72 hours. (B) Cell lysates were prepared from cells with different treatments (as indicated), five days post-infection. Immunoblots were performed to determine the expression of cyclin T2a and β-actin.
