Purified RNA from equivalent amounts of virus was diluted 1:1,000 (lane 3) followed by 2-fold serial dilutions to 1:96,000 (lane 9). First-strand cDNA synthesis was carried out using M-MLV RT and followed by PCR using oligos that amplify M-PMV CA sequences.
