Actin polymerisation and intracellular Gag distribution under toxin treatments. HIV-1 or mock infected Jurkat cells treated or not with 0.5 μg/ml toxins for 16 hours, were stained with Phalloidin-FITC (green) and p24 (red), in order to visualize actin organization and Gag distribution, respectively. A field of about 100 cells was studied for each condition, and the percentage of cells presenting disrupted (grey bar) or not (white bar) cortical actin pattern is represented as an histogram.
