The proteins were prepared and purified as described in Methods and in the text. The proteins were analyzed by 10% SDS/PAGE and the gels were then underwent western blot analysis. The blot was treated with 1:500 dilution of rabbit antiserum prepared against the dUTPase-derived peptide (see Methods). After blocking the serum-treated blot, it was treated with a 1:10,000 dilution of a secondary donkey HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody that was purchased from abcam.Back to article page
