The b12 susceptibility of wild-type and mutant B-Env clones. The b12 susceptibility of recombinant viruses containing wild-type or mutant B-Env clones, pNL4-3 (A), QH0692.42 (B), SC422661.8 (C), pWITO4160.33 (D) and TRO.11 (E) was evaluated as described in Methods. The results are expressed as percent neutralization, as described in the legend to Figure 1. All data points are the means and standard errors (error bars) of at least two independent experiments.
