Productive and non-productive RGH infections are indistinguishable in terms of genomic features at the site of integration, as well as proviral orientation. A: Integration sites in each of the eGFP- mCherry-, eGFP- mCherry+, and eGFP+ mCherry+ samples were compared using the INSIPID heatmap tool for genomic features (Bushman Lab, University of Pennsylvania). Pink and blue colors represent enrichment and depletion of each feature, respectively, relative to matched random controls of integration sites. Statistical significance (ranked Wald tests) is shown relative to the eGFP+ mCherry+ population (dashes).
