Strand-transfer inhibitors have different effects on the 3′-processing reaction. MT4 cells were infected with VSV-G-pseudotyped NLENG1-ES-IRES WT virus in the absence or in the presence of increasing concentration of strand-transfer inhibitors (RAL, DTG or EVG): 500 nM (A), 2.5 μM (B) or 5 μM (C). Viral DNA was analyzed 15 h and 24 h post-infection. The percentage of the 3′-processed DNA was normalized to the value obtained in the WT condition (upper panels).
