Colocalization of feA3Z2b with wt and mutant Bet proteins. HeLa cells were transfected with plasmids encoding HA-tagged feA3Z2b-HA (A) and/or Bet expression plasmids (B – G) as indicated on the right side of the image. feA3Z2b-HA was detected with HA tag-specific antibody (green), wt and mutated FFV Bet were detected by an FFV Bet-specific serum (red) and nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342 (blue).
