From: LEDGINs inhibit late stage HIV-1 replication by modulating integrase multimerization in the virions
LEDGINs impair replication capacity of HIV-1 produced by HuT78 IIIB cells. HIV-1IIIB was produced by persistently infected HuT78IIIB cells in the presence of different concentrations of AZT, raltegravir, CX04328, CX05045, ritonavir or DMSO. (A) Replication capacity of these viruses was assayed in MT-4 cells and data represent virus titer as determined by 50% tissue culture infectivity dose (logTCID50/ml) (mean values ± standard deviations; n = 3).
