Sensitivity of revertants to neutralizing agents. The TZM-bl cells were incubated with virus-inhibitor complexes for 2 days prior to lysis and then assayed for luciferase activity. For the maraviroc experiment, target cells were incubated in the presence of the inhibitor for 1 h prior to inoculation. Neutralizing activities are reported as the average percent maximal luciferase activity.
