Peripheral tissues of implanted thy/liv NSG mice are extensively reconstituted with human T cells. A) Flow cytometric analysis of cells harvested from the bone marrow (BM), spleen (Spl), lymph nodes (LN), liver (Liv), lung, and the thymic organoid (TO) of implanted thy/liv NSG mice (n = 15) demonstrated reconstitution with human cells (CD45⁺). B) Flow cytometric analysis of tissues harvested from an implanted thy/liv NSG mouse (29 weeks post-implant) demonstrated that all organs were reconstituted exclusively with human T cells or thymocytes.
