Rescue by GagPol of tRNALys3 annealing in mutant virions. COS7 cells were transfected with either BH10P-, Δ467.P-, or Δ486.P-, and were also cotransfected with one of these plasmids and a plasmid coding for full-length GagPol (hGagPolΔFSΔPR). A.
