Reduction of CD4 Surface Expression by HIV-1 Group P Vpu and Nef. (A and B) Western blot analysis of cell lysates following transfection of 293T cells with pCGCG plasmids expressing eGFP alone (eGFP only) or together with the indicated AU-1-tagged Vpu or Nef proteins. Cell lysates were probed with anti-AU-1, anti-GFP and anti-beta-actin antibodies.
